We currently have two 9000L glass lined reactors with a double turbine agitator, specifically designed to degas. The dehydrogenation reactor has a glove box mounted onto it, which is designed to charge dry pyrophoric precious metal catalyst. Operating temperature is 190oC. The plant has been qualified under c-GMP during the production of a pharmaceutical intermediate for Carvedilol made to a 30tonnes per year capacity.
