Kelvyn Soars - Robac Business Manager

Kelvyn has had a long career in R&D since graduating with a honours degree in Chemistry, in 1991. Kelvyn took the opportunity to further enhance his career by moving into Operations to become a Manufacturing Cell Manager at Robinson Brothers. With the continued growth of the Robac product portfolio, Kelvyn holds full commercial responsibility for the global Robac Technology business.

Dr Amandeep Panaser – Robac Account Manager

Amandeep began her career with Robinson Brothers when she joined us as a R&D Placement Student in 2006. During this period, Amandeep worked within the Robac Polymer Laboratory, developing her knowledge of the Robac products in both wet and dry latex applications. Since then, Amandeep completed her degree in Chemistry at Aston University in 2008, and then went on to successfully complete a PhD in 2012 that was specifically related to the use of biomaterials. In the midst of strong competition from other employers, Amandeep joined Robinson Brothers as a Research Chemist in 2013, and after two years, made a transition to our Robac Technology division as a Robac Account Manager, where she is currently responsible for managing and developing the European distribution network.

Ranvir Virdi - Polymer Additives Laboratory Manager

Ranvir independently manages the Polymer Additives Laboratory. He liaises internally with Robac production and externally with customers to supply a high quality technical service for new and existing Robac products. Ranvir is qualified to BSc(Hons), MSc, CSci, CChem and has 35 years experience in R&D of organic sulphur chemicals, including their use in the chemistry and technology of rubber vulcanisation. Ranvir has taken out patents and presented papers at international conferences. His current role includes practical formulation development based on sustainable accelerators and providing technical service associated with the introduction of new materials and technology to the polymer and latex industries worldwide.

Dr Boyd Grover - Senior Polymer Chemist

Boyd has over 20 years experience within the chemical industry. He attained a BSc in Chemistry and then went on to specialise in polymer and surfactant chemistry by obtaining an MSc and a PhD in Colloid and Surface Science at Bristol University. After graduating, Boyd spent 10 years working in R&D at Rhodia and subsequently joined Robinson Brothers in 2008. In his current role, Boyd is responsible for aspects of QC, technical service, R&D and production support within the Robac group.
